Date: October 3, 2014-October 6, 2014
Time: All Day
Location: Emmanuel Baptist Church 408 E. 24th Street, Bryan, TX 77803

Many critical scholars have attacked the integrity of the Bible by calling into doubt its historical accuracy, and often the area criticized the fiercest is the time that Israel spent in Egypt before the exodus. The absence of any evidence of Israelites in Egypt has made the Bible a laughingstock among many university professors. Startling recent evidence has surfaced that will change this perception forever, including inscriptional evidence for Joseph, Ephraim, Manasseh, and one of Manasseh’s sons. In addition, Hebrew is now known to be the world’s oldest alphabet, and evidence exists for the 10th plague on Egypt just before the exodus. All of this will be described in detail by Douglas Petrovich, an assistant professor from Shepherds Theological Seminary in Cary, NC who is an archaeologist, epigrapher, Egyptologist, and teacher of biblical and ancient Near Eastern languages.
