In July 2025, Daniel J. Mearns was appointed President of Associates for Biblical Research for both the USA and Canada and has been a board director and Treasurer since September 2023. Dan has retired from his career with over 50 years’ financial and administrative experience gained at the senior executive level with publicly traded and also privately held companies. In his retirement, Dan has served on a number of Christian “not for profit” boards for the last 20 years. He is currently tasked with bringing vision and direction to ABR. Dan and his wife Charlotte have been married for 51 years and reside in New Jersey. They have three children and seven grandchildren. They attend Woodside Chapel in Fanwood New Jersey where Dan has been an elder since 1999.
